SAM

With an attention to detail and passion for visual storytelling, Sam brings a deliberate eye to her work as a Brooklyn based multidisciplinary artist. With a BA in “Visual and Media Arts Production” and a minor in “Global and Post-Colonial Studies” from Emerson College, her work spans documentary, short form and experimental media.

In addition to film/ photo work, Sam crafts through mediums of art including ceramics, drawing, painting, sewing, metal/ wood work, and crochet/ knitting. To her, each medium informs the other.

In the marketplace, she offers a curated collection of unique, handmade ceramics, ranging from decorative vases and tableware to tea sets, sculptural works, and light fixtures. Each piece is thoughtfully crafted with a focus on both function and aesthetic. Drawing inspiration from life’s journey, she seeks to create objects that are not only visually striking but also imbue a sense of purpose and connection in everyday life.

With a profound interest and respect for the crafts and stories that move our spirits, Sam is perpetually discovering, refining, and recreating her style of work to reflect the beauty of gathering and storytelling. Ambitious and full of energy, she continues to create and evolve an eclectic and unique portfolio of projects that bring stories and audio visual experiences to life.
